NeuralChainX Inc. (CEO Namdo Ok), an AI deep-tech startup, announced that it has widened its AX coverage end to end, from R&D to the shop floor. ‘Corpus AI’, its enterprise knowledge AI, and ‘IFIS Cloud MES’, its cloud manufacturing execution system, join ‘ChipInsight’, its research-planning AI, to complete the product line. Customers can adopt AX one area at a time, as demand arises, and draw on the connections between those areas.
Researchers use ChipInsight to automate the research-planning workflow — monitoring new technology, searching prior art, planning design-arounds; the wider company uses Corpus AI to put scattered enterprise knowledge straight to work; the shop floor uses IFIS Cloud MES to connect equipment and process data to AI-based decision-making. The three share a common technical foundation of the Anneal model, Industrial Ontology and agentic AI, so knowledge built up in research carries through to decisions made in manufacturing.
Manufacturing is where the company is concentrating. IFIS Cloud MES holds equipment signals, work orders and inspection history in a single schema, and an AI agent works from that to trace the cause of a defect and propose a response. Shop-floor staff spend less time establishing cause and more on improving quality. NeuralChainX is extending coverage to physical assets such as equipment and robots, moving from manufacturing AI into physical AI.
On the services side the emphasis is on leaving the operating capability with the customer. Across four stages — diagnosis, pilot, build and rollout — operational ownership moves to the customer's organization, and by the end of the project the customer runs and extends the system on its own.
A free support program runs for small and mid-sized companies that have yet to build a dedicated AI team. It provides global patent, paper and company data along with cloud computing and storage, and the work-automation development that moves repeated specialist tasks onto AI agents is carried out jointly. AI training for employees is provided on an ongoing basis.
“Our goal is to be the partner that works like part of the team, so that small and mid-sized companies short of AI developers and budget can still strengthen their competitiveness through AX,” a NeuralChainX spokesperson said, “and to support our customers in producing results with AI at every step from R&D through to production.”
